Today, Health and Fitness has become a major factor in people’s lives. There is considerable interest in new methodologies and concepts like HIIT, CrossFit, Functional Training etc. There is also renewed interest in Running, Free Weights and traditional Workout methodologies like Indian Clubs and Calisthenics. Thus there is immense scope for expansion in this industry. With these methodologies, there is also interest in Martial Arts as well. Understanding these needs of people, we Rohit Khandagale and Kanchan Nikam started the Martial Arts and Fitness Club in 2017 in Pune with the guidance of our Master Capt. Sanatkumar Bhate. This Club is now known as The Steel Core Martial Arts Club (TSC). The uniqueness of this club is we are offering a combination of Martial arts, Cross-fit, Functional training, Calisthenics and Free Weights.
